The site includes links to and lists of Canada's museums, galleries, archives and libraries; resources on Canada's cultural heritage, including articles and testimonials; reference collections, including the Canadian

Encyclopedia Online; news of cultural events across Canada; and the National Library of Canada's online reference service. The portal currently has 1.5 million searchable web resources, and access to

more than 6000 Canadian website's. The information is split into art

The not-for-profit site, ArtBuzz.org , offers free "Standard" membership for professional quality visual artists.
